Every tier includes the fleet view, vendor adapters and updates. Pricing shown is indicative and subject to confirmation; fleet rates apply above twenty machines.

Hardware

HORMĒ supplies the machines as well, so a deployment can come from one place. Hardware is a one-off landed budget in US dollars excluding VAT and installation, compiled from published distributor pricing current to 2026. Treat catalogue prices as budgetary ceilings; volume pricing lands materially below them. Hardware is usually a minority of first-year cost. What does a cleaning robot cost in the UAE?

What the service includes

  1. Certified before shipment. TDRA type approval, ECAS conformity and, where needed, IECEx documentation completed and handed over with the equipment.
  2. Spares held in the UAE. Consignment stock of wear parts and critical spares for every product line.
  3. Engineers based here. Factory-certified service engineers resident in the UAE, with response times written into the contract.
  4. Pilot before you commit. A paid 90-day pilot on one floor, wing or yard.

How is HORMĒ priced?

The behavior license is priced per machine, per month and billed monthly: Core $149, Autonomy $349, Assured $690. Pricing is indicative and fleet rates apply above twenty machines.

Is hardware included?

No. Hardware is a separate one-off landed budget in US dollars, excluding VAT and installation. HORMĒ can supply the machines as well as the license.

How do deployments start?

Most start with a paid 90-day pilot on one floor, wing or yard. Results are measured first and the fleet order follows.

How long does delivery take?

Typically 8 to 16 weeks to a UAE site. An October order usually lands in Q1 from Asian and Israeli suppliers; European platforms arrive in Q2.

Is leasing available?

Leasing is cheaper to start but dearer to hold; the cost of leasing and buying typically crosses over around month twenty.
